What is our delivery area?
We deliver our products nation wide including Alaska and Hawaii.
Your shipping and handling charges are separate of your total purchase ordered amount on the order form.

Delivery to a physical street address.
All deliveries will be subject to the shipping charges. If the order has an incorrect address, it then will be returned to our shipping department. Once a package with an incorrect or incomplete address has left the shipping dock there is little we can do.
A $20.00 fee for an incorrect address change will be charged, plus the new shipping charge will be applied and the package will be sent back out for delivery.
Can I send my order to Canada?
Yes, we can ship your order to Canada all orders payable in U.S. funds by a money order or Bank Cashiers Check. All Canadian deliveries will be subject to the shipping charges to Canada. Please note: Other countries we cannot accept orders.
If the order has an incorrect address, the order will be returned to the shipping department by the delivery service.

Delivery times
We will do everything within our control to ensure your purchase arrives on time. Due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather, general shipping company delays, or other unexpected delays, we cannot guarantee arrival times once the order has been picked up at our shipping dock.

Do recipients have to be present to receive their packages? No
All orders will be shipped by, US Postal Service, Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. The United States Postal Service will deliver to a Post Office Box and to a physical street address.
Substitution Policy
For a variety of reasons, we will occasionally run out of a specific item. And have to wait for the supply to be delivered to the production plant. We reserve the right to hold the order. Or back order the portion of the order that is unavailable at the time you placed the order.
Refunds or Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you e-mail to nettabelleschoice@comcast.net within 24 hours of delivery with your purchase order number. In the e-mail Include information about your dissatisfaction about the product, you ordered. We will require that the complete product be returned in the original shipping container for quality control purposes. Instructions will be sent to you in an e-mail form to receive credit or a refund on the purchase.
We will be happy to send to you a replacement of that product. Alternatively, we will give you a conformation number for credit, or a refund for the product purchased, excluding shipping fees. The credit balance is good for one year from the date of your original purchase to use on other catalog purchases.
