Braised Fennel and Carrots
Ingredients:
1 cup chicken broth
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1 fennel bulb, cut into wedges
1 1/2 cup carrots, cut into 2 inch pieces and quartered lengthwise
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon whole thyme
1/2 teaspoon Netta Belle’s Choice®
Flavour Enhancer Spice Blend
In a large saucepan, combine the broth, oil,
garlic, fennel and carrots; bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to simmer the vegetables
until tender, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
